Zero Strain - Outstanding Communication - Community - Trauma-informed Resilience Building

We offer advanced massage training and bucketloads of support to massage therapists and bodyworkers wanting to:

• Deliver Massage in a way that is completely Zero Strain avoiding career ending injury 
• Use psychologically-informed Therapeutic Communication tools to offer "next level" treatments to clients, and avoid the many MANY potential dramas that can unfold
• Be part of a supportive and passionate community of fellow therapists  across the world
• Work in a way specifically designed to build Resilience & soothe trauma getting to the very root of the problem

Our 4Elements Touch Therapy training combines all four areas as a complete package. However, the training is structured so you can choose to focus solely on the courses that are a priority for you. 

Having completed certification as a 4Elements Touch Therapist you are eligible to join our Mastery programme, train as a 4Elements Instructor and apply for Validation.

Our History: Standing on the Shoulders of Giants

The 4Elements Company is owned and run by Tigger MacGregor (pictured).

Everything we offer is built on the phenomenal foundational work and developments in the world of Touch, bodywork, psychology and healing over several millenia. Our key contributors and influences are listed here. 

Much of what we offer started life as NO HANDS Massage, an approach that was taught between 2000 & 2024, having been founded and initially developed by Gerry Pyves. 

Following Tigger’s purchase of NO HANDS Massage, the founding of the 4Elements Company was an important recognition of how the approach has further evolved. This was only possible through the immense support and brilliance of 4Elements co-founder, Wendy Mills. Sadly Wendy died of cancer in 2024.
