Validation

Clinical effectiveness is at the core of everything we do.

From the confidential treatment feedback system for clients that we offer our Association members, to our monthly clinical & business development calls, to direct feedback from senior therapists on the feel of a treatment and so much more in between. We understand the difference between a thriving practice and a failing one comes down to the client's experience - and we also know that personalised feedback can make all the difference. We encourage our therapists to Check Out Reality throughout their journey - our Mastery Programme is our most popular option for a year of improving clinical effectiveness while building relationships and community with the same group of people throughout the year.

Our Validation process is the ultimate Checking Out. Having completed the 4Elements Touch Therapy certification, and usually at least one year on the Mastery Programme, you can ask to have your work Validated. Three senior therapists are involved (one as your client): often fellow students also have the opportunity to get a fly on the wall view of your treatment room. You deliver a treatment for the client just as you would in your own treatment room, end to end. 

Validation sounds deceptively simple: combining the right aspects of your 4Elements Touch Therapy training together, under the strain of being observed, to meet the needs of the client in front of you can be both very straight forward and very challenging! Being observed is a necessary part of the process, and the additional strain often shows up weaker areas, or aspects that would benefit from further development. 

Ultimately, Validation demonstrates you have both completed the training and comprehensively applied it in your treatment room. Validated 4Elements therapists are few and far between - but well worth booking a treatment with to truly experience what 4Elements Touch Therapy can offer you, and your clients.
