Dip your Toe in 2025

I hope January's treating you well . Where I am the snowdrops are out, the daffodils are peeking through and I'm still bubbling from the utterly joyful delight of our first course of the year. And I'm very grateful for all of it!

With the shift to the 4Elements training structure last summer (less than a year ago - wow!) I've had a lot of people asking how the courses fit together, what material is covered in which courses and how to decide where to start (no "one-size fits all" on that one, so it's best to book a chat).

Over the next few weeks I'll be sending through a brief summary of our core courses to give you a flavour of how they could fit with and complement your existing treatments. You're always welcome to send through as many questions as you've got - here to serve :)

The course we're kicking off with is...DYNAMICS of DEPTH

A great way to get a taste for the 4Elements approach with only a one-day time commitment.

All our courses work as standalones, or working towards full 4Elements Touch Therapy certification. Everything you learn can be integrated into your clinical practice as soon as you've left the course.

• You'll learn about the power of clothed treatments
• You'll learn strokes to work DEEP and to work LIGHT - all zero strain, all with loads of support
• You'll learn our unique table set up to support both you & your client
• You'll experience everything you learn as a CLIENT as well as a practitioner
• You'll learn how to support your clients to have an even more powerful treatment, every time
• You'll get to rub shoulders with other therapists and share the highs and lows of being in this amazing, yet often lonely business

And you'll be able to ask your experienced clinician tutor any clinical questions you have - about what you're learning, or the whole 4Elements approach.
